Attendees of ETS-2017 can benefit from special rates at a number of hotels in the vicinity of the conference venue (including the conference hotel itself). As May is already high touristic season in Cyprus and availability of rooms is limited, you are strongly encouraged to proceed with your bookings as soon as possible.
A list of the hotels offering special rates to ETS-2017 attendees -- along wth other pertinent information -- is shown in the table below. Special rates are applicable for any day between May 20 - May 28, 2017. Bookings will adhere to a first come first served policy, pending on availability of rooms.

Payment and Cancellation Policies:
You are only requested to pay for one night to secure your hotel booking. You will be requested to log back to your registration by the 5th of May 2017 to pay any outstanding balance. Bookings for which payment is not settled following the 5th of May 2017 will not be considered confirmed.
- Cancellations received before the 19th of April 2017: Full refund will apply
- Cancellations received after the 19th of April 2017: One night of hotel accommodation will be charged
- Cancellations received after the 12th of May 2017: No refund will apply
Possible cancellations must be submitted in writing to the Conference Secretariat in order to receive any possible reimbursement.
